Leadership Washington County
Mission Statement
The mission of this program is to challenge individuals to become actively involved in community affairs and to provide the necessary background to enhance their leadership abilities. Leadership Washington County is a non-advocacy, non-partisan group.
Leadership Washington County has the following objectives:
- To unite individuals of diverse backgrounds and experiences, who have demonstrated an interest, talent, and commitment to leadership.
- To educate participants about the dynamics of social, economic and political institutions and resources in our area.
- To offer an opportunity for participants to establish a lifelong networking system within the community.
- To increase participation in community service and develop a vision for Washington County among participants.
